Send unsorted bulk by card count, or sort it by rarity and trade at the sorted value. Either one gets you the product.

What Counts as Bulk
Please read before you send. Bulk that doesn't meet these rules may be deducted, returned, or not counted.
✓ Accepted
- Near Mint condition: minimal wear and crisp corners. A tiny nick or scratch is OK.
- English cards only, from any set
- Pokémon cards and Trainer cards
- Rarities: Common, Uncommon, Reverse Holo, Rare, Holo Rare, Reverse-Holo Energy, EX, GX, V, VMAX, VSTAR
- Cards from an odor-free / smoke-free home
✕ Not accepted / not counted
- Basic energy (not counted)
- Counterfeit / fake cards
- World Championship cards
- Code cards or VSTAR markers
- Prize Pack or promo marketing-asset cards
- Japanese or other non-English cards. Lots with Japanese cards mixed in get a 50% deduction.
- Damaged cards. I'll email you, and they're returned at your expense.
Sorting
Sort by rarity (Commons/Uncommons, Holos/Reverse Holos, ex and up) to get sorted rates. Anything not sorted is processed as unsorted / lowest rarity.
Do NOT penny sleeve bulk
If bulk arrives penny sleeved, you choose:
- Option 1: processed at $0.005 per card
- Option 2: shipped back at your expense
If I don't hear back within 72 hours, it's shipped back at your expense.
Full trade-in terms
- Rate lock: Rates and stock can change at any time. Your rate locks on the postmark date (or drop-off date), not the date you fill out the form.
- Multiple packages: One form covers several packages sent together. Note how many boxes you're sending.
- Large lots / free shipping: Over 50,000 cards? Shipping is FREE because AGLucas TCG Store pays for it. Email spencepokerips@gmail.com with the subject "ATTN: Bulk" before sending so I can set up a prepaid label.
- US only for shipped trade-ins.
- Pickup: Available within 150 miles max. Email first (spencepokerips@gmail.com, subject "Bulk Pickup Request") to discuss quantities before requesting a pickup.
- Short or non-qualifying bulk: I'll salvage what I can and contact you. You can send more cards, pay the difference, or be paid for what qualified.
- Turnaround: Not guaranteed. Sealed product usually ships within about one week of your bulk being delivered.
- Cash / PayPal: Pays 75% of trade value. PayPal payouts are sent via Goods & Services only, and cash or PayPal must be arranged before you send. Cash payouts are sent after your order is received and processed (usually within 1 week).
- Right to refuse: AGLucas TCG Store may refuse any trade-in for any reason.
- Final sale: Once a trade-in is processed, it's final.
- Submitting the form means you agree to these terms.

Boxes under 20 lbs: about $10 for 4,000–4,500 cards. (Recommended)
- Use an 8×8×8, 10×8×8, or similar-sized box. They fit 4–4.5k cards perfectly.
- Under 20 lbs, price depends on box size and distance.
- Anything over 20 lbs costs a lot more to ship.
Best shipping practices
- Pack cards tightly. Nothing should shift or rattle when you shake the box.
- No padding needed on the sides. Cards can touch the bare sides as long as everything is tight.
- Pad the empty spaces so the box stays tight if the cards don't fill it.
- Add a layer of padding on top before sealing.
- Use team bags for higher-value cards to keep them separate from bulk.
- Use 6 columns of cards stacked vertically, packed to the top of the box.
- Then lay 3 stacks with the short side of the card touching the bottom of the box.
- Fill empty space with padding, add a layer of padding on top, and seal with packing tape.

Singles terms
- Cards must match the photos submitted.
- Condition is verified when the cards arrive. If a card's condition doesn't match, the offer may change or the card may be returned.
- Offers are based on 65–85% of TCGplayer market at the time of the offer.
- AGLucas TCG Store may decline any card for any reason.
- Shipping, drop-off, and pickup (email first, within 150 miles) work the same as for bulk.
